  • At what age can I send my child for therapy?
    • We take children from eighteen months to eleven years.
  • What are your rates? 
  • Do you participate with insurance companies?
    • The SLCNV does not participate with any insurance companies, however families are provided the necessary documents to submit to their individual insurance provider. These include invoices with the necessary code, copies of therapy notes and copies of any reports.
  • What hours are Outpatient Services available?
    • Therapy services are typically scheduled Monday through Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm. Limited therapy sessions are also available on Saturdays. Therapy services are provided year round with the exception of two weeks in August.
